- Form 1 – Declaration of compliance
- Form 18 – Notice of the location of the company’s registered office
- Form 32 – The director’s, manager’s, or secretary’s details
- Submit the e-forms with a digital signature, pay the prescribed fees for filling and registration, and send physical copies of the Memorandum and Articles of Association to the RoC
- Get the Certificate of Incorporation from the RoC, after your form completes processing, and corporate identity gets generated
